A Comprehensive Energy Audit uses the latest in building science technology to measure the energy efficiency and air quality in your home.  Included in a comprehensive audit:

• Infrared thermography to identify missing or improperly installed insulation

A typical 10-15 year old A/C unit can  have an effective SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating) of about 8.  A new high efficiency 16 SEER A/C unit uses 50% less electricity than an 8 SEER unit.
