City of Austin ECAD Audit

Comprehensive Energy Audit

Our Comprehensive Energy Audit includes duct blaster testing, blower door testing, smoke puffer testing, an attic insulation inspection, infrared thermography and combustion safety testing. 

Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Audit

The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) energy audit features a detailed computer analysis of construction plans to analyze the projected energy performance of new buildings. It is a necessary step for homes to qualify for Energy Star for Homes certification, and/or for an Energy Efficient Mortgage (EEM).
